- the pain of depression, anger, anxiety or low self-esteem.
- career and life transitions.
- loss of a loved one.

Couples who have had pre-commitment preparation often say it has been a touchstone for their relationship in the years ahead. This short-term educational/discussion format will focus on: expectations of partnership, communication do’s and don’ts, stages of couplehood and value definition as it relates to common areas of couple concerns such as extended family, children, sex, and finances
Goals include: Building a solid base of connection, strengthening positive communication, decreasing negative communication, developing shared meaning in living life together, and developing skills in productive conversation in working out differences and injuries/wounds.
Divorce is hard on everyone. I support and guide individuals, couples and families through the divorce process. I help to create a new path forward toward fulfilling possibilities.

“One cannot live the afternoon of one’s life in the way of the morning.”(C. Jung)

At mid-life we begin to seriously address the question: And did you get what you wanted from this life even so? (R. Carver) This group will serve as a guide and support with the developmental imperatives common to this age.
